Nihon Parkerizing, in its second Mid-term Management Plan, has proposed the following three pillars;

We will actively seek further growth in existing markets as well as taking up the challenge of entering new business fields.
In addition, we will pursue innovation based on the axis of our accumulated core technology in order to supply high quality goods and swift and optimal service to increase customer satisfaction. We will strengthen ties between our staff around the world to advance global quality improvement initiatives and enhance our development system in the field of surface modification of a variety of substrates.
Nihon Parkerizing was founded in 1928 and will celebrate its 90th anniversary in 2018. Our corporate philosophy is “to contribute to the conservation of our global environment and the creation of a richer society by promoting the effective use of limited resources and creating new value for resources through surface modification of a variety of materials” With this in mind as we head towards our 90th year and beyond to our centenary, we will work together under our motto of ‘FLY TO THE FUTURE’, promoting work style reform to improve productivity in all of our businesses. We will create optimal processes and work on standardization, strengthen human resources development and improve the work environment. We will work hard to gain the trust of all stakeholders and continue to be a company that meets expectations.
We will also enhance corporate governance and actively contribute to society, continuing to develop even further together with our stakeholders as we aim to be the leading global company in the field of surface modification.
